Telangana Signs MoU with Tillman Global Holdings for Data Center in Hyderabad

Davos: Telangana has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tillman Global Holdings, a US-based company, to develop a Rs.15,000 crore, 300 MW state-of-the-art data center facility in Hyderabad.

The announcement was made during the World Economic Forum in Davos, underscoring Telangana’s prominence as a destination for advanced digital infrastructure investments.

The MoU was formalized in the presence of the Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy, Minister for Industries and Legislative Affairs, D. Sridhar Babu, Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary, Industries, ITE&C and Sports, and other dignitaries.

Sachit Ahuja, President of Tillman Global Holdings, represented the Company. The proposed data centers will cater to hyperscale clients and support AI-driven applications, cloud services, and large-scale data processing.

The facility will incorporate energy-efficient systems, advanced cooling technologies, and robust cybersecurity measures, fostering innovation in Telangana’s digital ecosystem.

Ursa Clusters Signs MoU with Telangana for setting up cutting-edge AI Data Center Hub

Ursa Clusters, a US based Data center company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Telangana government to establish a state-of-the-art AI data center hub in Hyderabad. The MoU was signed in the presence of Minister D Sridhar Babu and other officials. COO Satish Abburi and CRO Eric Warner represented Ursa Clusters during the event.

Pendurthi, CEO of Ursa, speaking about the proposed project in Hyderabad, said it will feature cutting-edge infrastructure with a total capacity of 100 MW and leverage hybrid AI chips to create a robust ecosystem for startups and enterprises.

Bringing in a total investment of approximately Rs.5,000 crore, this initiative underscores Ursa Cluster's commitment to advancing technological innovation and supporting India’s vision of becoming a global leader in AI and data infrastructure.

Welcoming the announcement, Sridhar Babu said, “This partnership with Ursa Clusters strengthens Telangana’s vision to become a global hub for AI and cutting-edge technology. It accelerates innovation and boosts economic growth in the region.”
