Telangana: SCR GM Inspects Station Works, Safety Systems
The general manager reviewed signalling systems, track conditions, sectional speeds and a minor bridge between Nagalapalli and Shankarpalli: Reports

HYDERABAD: South Central Railway (SCR) general manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava conducted a detailed inspection of railway infrastructure and stations between Secunderabad and Shankarpalli on Thursday, including a rear window inspection of the section.
The general manager reviewed signalling systems, track conditions, sectional speeds and a minor bridge between Nagalapalli and Shankarpalli. At the Shankarpalli station, he assessed passenger amenities and reviewed the progress of ongoing redevelopment works. At Nagalapalli, he inspected facilities including the foot overbridge, circulating area, station building, newly constructed ramp and a nearby level crossing gate.
At the Hitech City station, redevelopment works are under way at a cost of ₹26 crore under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. The general manager inspected the 12-metre foot overbridge, platforms, circulating area, station master’s room, and reviewed signalling systems and safety equipment.
At Kacheguda, he inspected passenger amenities on Platform 1 and the foot overbridge, and reviewed the station premises at the second entry towards Golnaka. He also discussed station upgradation plans with officials.
