Telangana Police Recruitment Board Invites Applications for 7,437 Vacancies Starting August 19
The Board said applications must be submitted on the official website, and any other mode will not be accepted.
HYDERABAD: The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board has invited online applications for 7,437 vacancies across the police, Special Protection Force, fire services and prisons departments from 8 am on August 19 to 5 pm September 9, with one-time fees ranging from ₹600 to ₹1,500.
The Board said applications must be submitted on the official website, and any other mode will not be accepted.
The recruitment covers 5,000 posts in the police, 1,424 in the SPF, 790 in fire services, and 223 in prisons and correctional services. Nearly 7,000 posts are for constables, firefighters, warders and equivalent ranks.
SC and ST community candidates must pay ₹750 for SI-level posts and ₹600 for constable-level posts. The fee for all other candidates is ₹1,500 and ₹1,200, respectively.
The one-time payment covers application charges, written examinations, physical tests, certificate verification, biometrics, result processing and technical, driving or trade tests where applicable.
Candidates applying for multiple posts under the same regimen will undergo a physical measurement test and physical efficiency test. The same readings will apply to all relevant posts.
Applicants must download the Aadhaar App before completing Part I of the application for face authentication and retain a printout after final submission.
