Hyderabad: Congress MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy has urged the Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla to allow him to raise the NEET exam issue adjourning other business during the ongoing Parliament monsoon session.
In a letter addressed to Secretary-General Lok Sabha, New Delhi, Reddy said the cancellation and retest of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2026 has exposed deep cracks in India's examination system.

According to panel reports, authorities should ensure that not even a single deserving student loses their rightful seat because of the examination mafia and hence, the all-India exam for admission to all medical courses in India should be decentralised and sought resignation of the Union Minister of Education.
“I may be allowed to raise the issue adjourning other business before the House,” he added.
