Telangana in Dire Need of a BJP Government: Kishan
Kishan Reddy slammed Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy for “inciting one religious section of society against the special intensive revision of electoral rolls."

Hyderabad: Union minister G. Kishan Reddy on Sunday said Telangana was in dire need of a Prime Minister Narendra Modi-guided BJP government, adding that only the BJP could lift the state out of the darkness into which it has been thrust by the BRS and the Congress governments.
Speaking at a public meeting that was addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Kishan Reddy said: “The BJP is holding a meeting after a long time in Hyderabad. We are here to work towards a goal. We have seen into whose hands Telangana fell into, first into the hands of one family, then to Congress. We have to protect our Telangana. The state needs a Modi government and that is the aspiration of four crore people of the state.”
Kishan Reddy slammed Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy for “inciting one religious section of society against the special intensive revision of electoral rolls. I am asking the Congress government here, why are Hindus being degraded? Why does the CM oppose the SIR, and why did he have to declare his opposition at a meeting of the Muslim community? It is nothing more than an attempt by the Chief Minister to incite one community against another.”
Unlike the Congress government which only makes promises, the Modi government, over the last decade, had brought development worth Rs.12 lakh crore to the state. The Modi guarantees are being implemented in Telangana. We are not like the Congress, we don’t make promises to people only to stab them in their back like Congress does.”
