Telangana Govt. Appoints Santhi Kumari As Dr MCR HRD Institute Vice Chairman
The terms and conditions of Santhi Kumari’s appointment will be issued separately

Hyderabad: The State government on Monday appointed A Santhi Kumari as Vice Chairman of Dr MCR HRD Institute upon her superannuation on April 30 as Chief Secretary.
An order to this effect was issued on Monday. The terms and conditions of her appointment will be issued separately, according to M. Raghunandan Rao, Secretary to Government. She is serving as Chief Secretary since January 2023.
On Sunday, the government appointed senior bureaucrat K. Ramakrishna Rao as Chief Secretary of Telangana. Presently, Ramakrishna Rao is special chief secretary, finance.
He will take charge on April 30, when incumbent Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari retires from service.
The government also effected a major reshuffle of bureaucrats and created, for the first time, a metropolitan area and urban development department on the lines of Karnataka to oversee urban affairs within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) limits.
