Telangana Govt Accords Permission to Enhance HHVM Ticket Prices

In its order issued on July 21, the home department has permitted additional screenings at 9 pm on July 23, with ticket rates fixed at Rs 600 apart from GST.

Hyderabad: The State government has accorded permission for the upcoming Pawan Kalyan starring Hari Hara Veeramallu movie to enhance the ticket rates and allow additional screenings from July 24 to August 2.

In its order issued on July 21, the home department has permitted additional screenings at 9 pm on July 23, with ticket rates fixed at Rs 600 apart from GST.
According to Principal Secretary Home, Ravi Gupta, one show at 9 pm is allowed on July 23 with ticket rate of Rs. 600 plus GST.
To screen five shows from July 24 to 27 with an additional amount of Rs. 200 (excluding GST) for multiplex and Rs. 150 (excluding GST) for single theatres is allowed, the order stated.
To screen five shows from July 28 to August 2 with an additional amount of Rs. 150 (excluding GST) for Multiplex and Rs. 106 (excluding GST) for single theatres on the existing (prevailing) rates is also permitted.
Ravi Gupta said the district Collectors, Joint Collectors and Licensing Authorities (Cinemas) and Commissioners of Police in the State and all concerned shall take necessary action accordingly.
