Telangana: Gangothri, Zuari Join Hands To Build Premium Realty Project

HYDERABAD: Gangothri Infra Edge, in partnership with Zuari Infraworld India Limited, launched its premium residential project, Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja, in Hyderabad on Thursday, marking an important milestone in their growing presence in the city’s premium residential market in the long-term potential of Kollur and Hyderabad’s western growth corridor.
Spread over 9.16 acres at Kollur, the project comprises nine towers with 1,730 three- and four-BHK residences and has an estimated sales value of about ₹3,000 crore, according to a statement. The companies also unveiled the project's Experience Centre and brochure at the launch.
Tribhuja is positioned squarely as a premium product with open spaces, greater height and elevated amenities, kept within reach of aspiring salaried professionals and mid-segment business owners, the builder said.
According to Knight Frank India, Hyderabad recorded more than 38,000 residential sales in 2025, an increase of around four per cent, with homes priced above ₹1 crore accounting for more than half of the sales. Kollur sits at the centre of this premiumisation.
