Telangana CM Urges Telugu People in Iran, Gulf to Stay Alert
In light of reports that war is ongoing, he urged them to strictly follow all safety guidelines and regularly follow the advisories and warnings issued by Indian embassies in those countries

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday urged Telugu people residing in Iran and other Gulf countries to remain alert in view of reports of continuing hostilities.
In a media statement, the Chief Minister urged them to strictly follow the security guidelines and adhere to advisories and warnings issued by the Indian embassies and consulates in the respective countries from time to time. The Chief Minister said the state government would coordinate with the Centre to ensure the safe return of Telugu people in case of any emergency.
Revanth Reddy stated that the state government was closely monitoring the situation of Telangana residents in Iran and other Gulf nations.
Officials have been directed to remain prepared to take appropriate measures in coordination with the Centre, if required. They have also been instructed to coordinate with the Indian diplomatic missions.
The Chief Minister said the safety of Telangana residents remains the state government’s priority and expressed hope that all would remain safe.
