Telangana CM Revanth Expresses Grief Over Former MLA Kommidi Narasimha Reddy's Death
Revanth Reddy said Kommidi Narasimha Reddy lived a life of integrity and honesty until his last breath.
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed grief over the demise of former Bhongir MLA Kommidi Narasimha Reddy.
Revanth Reddy recalled Narasimha Reddy's active role in the first phase of the Telangana movement in 1969 and said he lived a life of integrity and honesty until his last breath.
Revanth Reddy said that late leader always stood by the people and spearheaded movements to secure Godavari waters and protect the Musi river, the CM recalled Reddy as a great humanitarian who donated 300 acres of his land to the Bhoodan movement.
Narasimha Reddy was elected as the MLA from Bhongir Assembly Constituency twice in 1978 and 1983. CM Revanth Reddy praised Reddy as a role model for the present generation and highlighted his simple lifestyle and continuous fight to address public issues.
The Chief Minister prayed to God to grant peace to the departed soul and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members.
