Telangana: 88.6% SIR Form Distributed In Boath Assembly Seat

While some voters returned filled forms on the same day, others were unable to do so immediately, resulting in slower uploading of enumeration details: Officials

ADILABAD: Distribution of enumeration forms under the special intensive revision (SIR) reached 88.61 per cent by 6 pm in the Boath Assembly constituency on Monday.

Out of 2,16,391 electors, 1,91,745 forms were distributed across the constituency. Among the 10 mandals, Neredigonda recorded the highest distribution at 94.83 per cent, while Sonala registered the lowest at 78.03 per cent.

Other mandals reported distribution rates of 94.34 per cent in Bheempur, 87.11 per cent in Tamsi, 90.46 per cent in Talamadugu, 90.99 per cent in Gudihathnoor, 85.24 per cent in Ichoda, 92.72 per cent in Sirikonda and 83.47 per cent in Bazarhathnoor.

In the Adilabad Assembly constituency, distribution stood at 51.9 per cent cumulatively as of Monday morning, with lower coverage reported in urban areas. Updated cumulative figures for the evening were not available.

Mandals in Adilabad reported distribution of 36.3 per cent in Mavala, 39.5 per cent in Adilabad Urban, 59.5 per cent in Bhoraj, 76.4 per cent in Jainad, 73.6 per cent in Sathnala, 52.5 per cent in Bela and 83.3 per cent in Adilabad Rural.

Out of 2,50,393 electors in the constituency, 1,30,066 forms had been distributed. Of these, 1,615 forms were digitised and 1,064 verified by booth level officers (BLOs) as of 10 am.

Officials said while some voters returned filled forms on the same day, others were unable to do so immediately, resulting in slower uploading of enumeration details.

Meanwhile, the Congress has started issuing identity cards to its booth level agents (BLAs) to facilitate interaction with BLOs during the enumeration process. Adilabad DCC president Naresh Jadhav visited areas in Ichoda mandal to review the exercise and interact with voters and officials.
