Telangana: 2,500 Cops Deployed as Security for Keesaragutta Fete
As a mark of caution, a Command Control Room was set up near the temple premises to constantly monitor the movements of people.

Hyderabad: Rachakonda police commissioner Sudheer Babu on Wednesday inspected the Keesaragutta Brahmotsavalu on Wednesday during the Maha Shivaratri celebrations. He said 2,500 police personnel were deployed for the event, which drew around five lakh devotees.
"Coordination meetings between various departments have taken place in the last 15 days for organising celebrations at the historical Keesaragutta. We deployed 2,500 police personnel for security at Keesara," he said.
As a mark of caution, a Command Control Room was set up near the temple premises to constantly monitor the movements of people.
He also offered help to an elderly citizen, who fell and suffered a minor injury to his leg. He personally provided a first-aid kit and sent the injured to the hospital in an ambulance.
