Hyderabad:Synfosys Business Solutions Ltd has stated that it had divested all rights, title, and interest with regard to a property on February 1, 2012; the property had been recently sealed by the GHMC. The company was responding to the GHMC naming it as a property tax defaulter.
The company stated that the issue appeared to be linked to the dues pertaining to the current owner of the property, and not Synfosys Business Solutions Ltd which had divested property more than 14 years ago. The listing appeared to have resulted from the municipal records not reflecting the updated ownership details following the transfer of property, Synfosys said in a statement.
