Supreme Court Grants Bail to Tirupatanna in Phone-Tapping Case

Hyderabad: M. Tirupatanna, accused in the phone-tapping case was released on Tuesday after spending more than 10 months in judicial remand at Chanchalguda central prison following the Supreme Court granting him bail.
The Supreme Court granted bail with conditions stating that the appellant shall not cause any delay in the investigation, not misuse his liberty nor influence the witnesses or tamper with the material on record.
