Srisailam Gets 2.20 Lakh Cusecs Inflow; Outflows Remain Nil

cxHyderabad: The Srisailam reservoir is getting 2.20 lakh inflows from upstream areas resulting in significant rise in water levels in it. However, outflows remained nil.
Following heavy inflows, the water levels in the reservoir reached 869.20 feet as against the full reservoir level of 885 feet. The water storage level stood at 138.27 TMC as against the maximum storage capacity of 215.80 TMC. Officials started generating power from the left and right bank canals with rise in the water levels.
