Hyderabad: Pest control records, food testing report and medical fitness certificates were unavailable during an inspection carried out by the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) officials at Sri Ram Dairy Foods in Jeedimetla.
Food waste not removed on time, leading to flies in the surrounding area and proper documents for purchasing raw cream were unavailable. The team also reviewed hygiene, storage, food handling, and compliance practices. During the inspection, the team found that FSSAI License not was displayed at the premises, FIFO system was not followed and temperature not properly maintained in the cold room, with foul smell emanating from it.
The team lifted ghee samples for testing and showcause notice was issued to the management.
