Speeding Bus Crashes Into Petrol Pump Near Hyderabad, Disaster Averted
The CCTV footage captured the terrifying sequence as the speeding bus veered off the main road and entered the fuel station

Hyderabad: A major disaster was averted at Batasingaram on the city outskirts when a speeding TSRTC bus driver lost control and rammed into a roadside petrol station triggering panic among the people.
However, no one was injured but the fuel dispensing units were damaged in the incident. Luckily, petrol and diesel did not leak from the units.
The CCTV footage captured the terrifying sequence as the speeding bus veered off the main road and entered the fuel station hitting the car and auto trolley in which petrol is being filled into them from the dispensing unit.
On seeing the RTC bus entering the fuel station, the workers hurriedly moved from the premises. An alert driver, who was paying cash to the staff, also escaped unhurt. After the bus hit the dispensing unit, a few passengers got down from it and scampered to safety.
Owing to the impact of the speed at which the bus entered the station, a dispensing unit came off and fell on the other side of the station. The car’s bonnet and the rear portion of the auto trolley were damaged because of the negligent driving by the bus driver.
