SOT Police Raid Amnan’s Gulf Bakers in Boduppal
The SOT police handed over the seized food materials, cakes and Abdul Muthalib Sayyed to the Medipally police.
Hyderabad: The Uppal Zone SOT police conducted a raid on Amnan's Gulf Bakers in Mallikarjun Nagar on Boduppal Road under the Medipally police station limits of the Malkajgiri Commissionerate on Monday.
According to reports, police found that the bakery was allegedly using ammonia powder, artificial food colours and expired food products in the preparation of food items.
During the preliminary investigation, police reportedly identified the bakery owner as Abdul Muthalib Sayyed, a native of Jharkhand. It was also found that he had hired a person identified as Mustafa, a native of Nirmal, to manage the bakery on a monthly salary.
The SOT police handed over the seized food materials, cakes and Abdul Muthalib Sayyed to the Medipally police.
Medipally police registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.
