Telangana police are issuing notices to all those who posted Ghibli images related to HCU issue

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police issued a notice to senior IAS officer and Telangana Principal Secretary of Youth Advancement, Tourism, and Culture, Smita Sabharwal, for reposting an image related to Kancha Gachibowli near Hyderabad Central University (HCU) on social media.
The notice was served to the IAS officer under Section 179 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). An AI-generated Ghibli image was reposted on social media by her.
The Telangana police are issuing notices to all those who posted Ghibli images related to the HCU issue. When contacted, senior officials were tightlipped over the issue. They, however, did not deny it either.
