Skill is the Foundation - How Nirmaan Organization is bridging India’s skill employment gap, free of cost
A degree in hand, but no job in sight. This is the real problem today's youth faces. To bridge that gap, Nirmaan Organization's skill development training programs are helping in the need of the hour for thousands to lakhs of unemployed individuals with new employment opportunities.

Every year, thousands of graduates pass out in India. But the skills that industries demand are missing. A degree exists, but basic computer operation is unknown. Even after pursuing higher education like an MBA, candidates struggle to speak in interviews. These gaps are the real cause of unemployment. Recognizing this, Nirmaan stands as a bridge between unemployment and employability.
Founded in 2005 by alumni of BITS Pilani university, Nirmaan Organization today operates skill centers across 70+ locations nationwide. From Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, Pune, Jaipur, and Nagpur to remote villages, underprivileged youth, women, Persons with Disabilities, and LGBTQ+ individuals, receive free skill development training.
"Every individual deserves an opportunity, that is our mission," says Mayur Patnala, Founder, Chairperson & Global CEO of Nirmaan Organization

Going beyond traditional vocational skills, Nirmaan is now taking AI Learning Centers to every corner of the country. The organization has set a goal to equip 40,000 youth with AI skills in the coming period. The primary objective is to take technology, which has so far been limited to metro cities, to small towns and villages.
