SIT Issues Notices to K Shiva Kumar in Phone Tapping Case

Hyderabad:The special investigation team (SIT) probing the phone tapping case of the BRS government tenure issued a notice to Kolishetty Shiva Kumar, former TTD member and Yuga Thulasi Party president.

Jubilee Hills ACP P. Venkatagiri issued the notice under Section 160 of the CrPC to Shiva Kumar, asking him to appear on May 28 at the Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre (TG ICCC).

Shiva Kumar has contested in multiple elections across the country. He initially registered the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRC), and later transferred the rights to Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
