SIR: 15-Pre-Printed Form 7 Now Appear in Goshamahal Constituency
The issue came to light after the local booth level officer (BLO) refused to accept the forms allegedly submitted by a BJP booth level agent (BLA).

Hyderabad: After Musheerabad and Bahadurpura Assembly constituencies, 15-pre-printed Form 7, seeking deletion of Muslim names from voter lists surfaced in Goshamahal constituency.
The issue came to light after the local booth level officer (BLO) refused to accept the forms allegedly submitted by BJP booth level agent (BLA).
According to Congress sources, at Booth No. 173 of the Assembly constituency, a BLA representing the BJP met the local BLO holding the forms in question for submission.
However, an attentive Congress worker, who was present there witnessing this, had a quick glance and sought those forms to check.
“When the BLO checked, they were pre-filled Form-7 and he refused to take those forms. Despite being printed forms, even the BJP BLA was hesitant to sign.
Meanwhile, the Congress worker, who was watching from a distance, observed this and quickly took pictures and videos of all those forms.
In a sudden loss of nerve that BJP BLA snatched them away and left the place,” explained the party sources.
Goshamahal being Raja Singh’s constituency, even this incident caught attention nationwide. “Form-7 request to delete bulk Muslim names from Goshamahal.
Not accepted by the BLO. T. Raja Singh is the MLA from Goshamahal Assembly Constituency,” posted Mohammed Zubair, the well-known fact-checker.
Earlier, similar incidents were reported in Musheerabad and Bahadurpura, triggering nationwide outrage.
Following the first incident in Musheerabad, which came to light on Thursday, where 31 Form-7 were submitted by a BJP BLA, the BLOs were issued guidelines by poll authorities, over accepting these specific forms in bulk.
In view of Saturday’s incident, the Congress has once again lodged a complaint with CEO and district election officer (DEO), Hyderabad demanding thorough inquiry into the matter and finding out the origins of these printed forms.
Meanwhile, the DEO has reportedly directed the local ERO of Musheerabad to file criminal cases against the BLA.
On October 1, it was widely reported that the BJP BLA, S. Balachander, whose name is registered as Balu amongst the registered party BLAs for Polling Station No. 210, has allegedly misused the Form-7 and attempted to seek deletion of names Congress BLA Shafiuddin along with about 30 family members.
