Hyderabad: The suicide of a 35-year-old P Raj Kumar in an open area in Kothur on Monday afternoon came to end to the ongoing investigation to the six murders that took place in Shahbad and a POCSO case registered against him. Here's the timeline of the events:
July 10: Thirty-five-year-old P. Raj Kumar killed a 16-year-old girl, her mother, and grandmother after stalking the minor for over a year despite a POCSO case being registered against him. He later returned home and killed his wife Saritha and their two young sons, aged four years and 18 months, before fleeing. Police announced Rs.2 lakh reward for information leading to his arrest.
July 11: The Future City police launched a massive manhunt, forming 14 special teams to trace Raj Kumar. His abandoned car was found near Kothur, providing investigators with fresh leads.
