Grievances received through “WhatsApp Prajavani” will be entered into a dedicated portal, where each case will be assigned an ID number for tracking.

Hyderabad: Senior citizens and persons with disabilities in Hyderabad district can now submit their Prajavani grievances via WhatsApp at 7416687878. They no longer need to visit the Hyderabad Collectorate in person. An Action Taken Report (ATR) will be sent directly to the complainant’s mobile number.
“Eligible residents should make full use of this facility,” Hyderabad collector Hari Chandana Dasari said in a press release. She noted that the initiative is part of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s directive to make Prajavani more accessible.

This service is only for Prajavani complaints lodged with the Hyderabad Collectorate by senior citizens and people with disabilities. It does not apply to Prajavani programmes run by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) or the Hyderabad Disaster Management and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA).
