Sankranti Event to Boost Hindu-Muslim Harmony

Hyderabad:Sankranti celebrations promoting Hindu–Muslim harmony will be held on Wednesday at the estate of Raunaq Yar Khan in Jubilee Hills. The custodian of the Asaf Jahi family is hosting the event in association with JAIHO.

Organisers said the programme draws inspiration from the Nizams’ legacy of cultural coexistence. It will feature traditional rituals, folk performances, community messages, and a shared festive meal, bringing together people of different faiths in a spirit of goodwill.
