Hyderabad: Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju reviewed the Mines and Geology Department at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat here on Monday.
He reviewed departmental functioning, recruitment, promotions and revenue generation. He directed strict action against illegal sand transportation and mining, with regular vigilance raids and inspections. He emphasised transparency, technology-driven monitoring and increased State revenue.
