Sanjay Jaju Participates in Bonalu Celebrations at Secretariat

Hyderabad: The Bonalu festival was celebrated with great fervour at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat here on Thursday under the auspices of the Secretariat Employees' Association.
The Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju participated in the celebrations and offered special prayers. He took part in special pujas performed at Sri Nalla Pochamma temple located within the Secretariat premises and prayed for the well-being, peace, prosperity, and good health of the people of Telangana.
On the occasion, Secretariat employees offered the traditional Bonam to the Goddess with devotion. The celebrations featured vibrant cultural performances, including the traditional dance of Pothurajus, drum processions, and artists in colourful traditional attire, adding grandeur to the festivities.
A large number of employees and officials participated in the celebrations and offered prayers to the Goddess. Extending his Bonalu greetings to the people of the State, Sanjay Jaju expressed hope that the blessings of Goddess Mahankali would usher in peace, prosperity, happiness, and continued development across Telangana.
