Hyderabad: An RTC bus mechanic died after a bus was allegedly driven while he was carrying out repair work. The incident took place in the Jeedimetla RTC bus depot in Medchal district on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, the mechanic, Santhosh (39), was repairing the bus after it developed a brake issue. While he was working on the vehicle, the driver allegedly failed to notice him and drove the bus forward. Santhosh Kumar was trapped under the bus and died on the spot.
