Komaram Bheem–Asifabad: At least 30 passengers were injured when an RTC bus met with an accident in Kerameri mandal of Komaram Bheem–Asifabad district on Thursday.
The bus, belonging to the Adilabad depot, was on its way from Parandoli to Adilabad when it lost control at the Parandoli ghat section and veered off the road, crashing into a nearby cotton field.
All the injured passengers were rushed to the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Adilabad, for treatment. Officials said the condition of the injured is stable. An investigation has been launched to ascertain the cause of the accident.
