The Secunderabad Railway Protection Force (RPF) conducts Operation Samraksha, to educate citizens about safety measures to preventing accidents on Tuesday.
The Secunderabad Railway Protection Force (RPF) on Tuesday conducted `Operation Samraksha,’ an awareness programme to educate citizens about safety measures to preventing accidents. The programme focused on passenger safety and trespassing.
Attendees were counselled against not boarding or de-boarding moving trains, and to not trespass on tracks. To further enhance safety awareness, participants were informed about the RPF toll-free number, 139, to seek immediate assistance, said RPF inspector B.S. Saraswat.
