Riktam Group launches Zinterview.ai to automate interviews

Hyderabad:Hyderabad-based Riktam Group, which is into providing engineering solutions, unveiled Zinterview.ai, a platform that uses AI-powered avatars for conducting automated interviews to streamline talent acquisition process. Zinterview eliminates human biases and offers data-driven insights to assess the candidates.
“Our goal is to empower organisations to focus on identifying the right talent while our AI avatars handle the time-intensive aspects of interviewing,” said Siddharam Shingshetty, co-founder and chief executive officer of Zinterview.ai, at the unveiling.
The pilot was launched in June 2024 and it was scaled to conduct thousands of interviews each month. Candidates can take interviews at convenience as it will be available 24/7. This will eliminate scheduling conflicts. It is scalable for niche roles. Hiring managers receive evaluation reports, including video recordings, transcripts, and skill ratings. It can conduct interviews in over 15 languages, including multiple Indian languages.
