Revanth Unveils Poster for CM's Cup-2025, Tournaments to Begin from Jan. 17
The competitions will be conducted in phases, beginning at the Gram Panchayat level from January 17 to 22, followed by mandal and ULB levels from January 28 to 31, constituency level from February 3 to 7, district level from February 10 to 14, and the state-level events from February 19 to 26.
Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Wednesday unveiled the poster for the second edition of the CM's Cup-2025, a statewide multi-sport tournament aimed at promoting sports from the grassroots to the global level, in the presence of sports minister Vakiti Srihari, Sports Authority of Telangana (SATG) chairman K Shiv Sena Reddy, special chief secretary Jayesh Ranjan, principal secretary, CMO, V Sreenivasa Raju and SATG managing director Sony Bala.

Shiva Sena Reddy said SATG will organise competitions in 44 sports disciplines, covering competitive, para and recreational categories. He said the CM Cup-2025 will feature several new initiatives, including digital registrations, AI-enabled support systems, unique player IDs and, for the first time, competitions at the Assembly constituency level to strengthen grassroots sports development.
