Revanth Scared of Losing Post, Spying on Bhatti, Uttam, Ponguleti: KTR
BRS leader accuses Revanth Reddy of spying on ministers, dares him to deny it under oath

Hyderabad: BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao on Friday alleged that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy feared that he might lose his post and was tapping the phones of Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and N. Uttam Kumar Reddy.
Rama Rao, in a vitriolic attack on Revanth Reddy during a press conference in Khammam, said: “I have a direct question to Revanth. You, worried about your seat, are tapping their phones. Can you swear on your grandson that you are not doing so?”
The BRS leader said his patience had run out with “Revanth Reddy’s lies and baseless charges” and claimed that the Chief Minister was levelling baseless charges and lies to cover his failures. “The latest attacks about drug cases and meetings with Nara Lokesh are nothing more than desperate attempts to divert attention of the public after he was caught with his pants down in Delhi after AP’s irrigation minister exposed him by saying AP’s Banakacharla project was discussed, while Revanth claimed it was not,” Rama Rao said.
He said he was ready for a debate with Revnath Reddy on any subject and topic and demanded that the Chief Minister produce evidence of his allegations on drug cases. “Revanth Reddy is like a ‘kitty party aunty’ who is interested in gossip and made-up stuff, and he keeps spreading such gossip. The fact is that he mortgaged Telangana’s river water interests to Chandrababu Naidu and is now desperate to cover this through rumour mongering,” he said.
