Revanth Reddy asked officials to prepare a comprehensive plan and make adequate arrangements for the event
Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday reviewed the arrangements to be made for Miss World Pageant -2025 which begins on May 10 in Hyderabad.
The officials concerned briefed the Chief Minister about the elaborate arrangements being made for the Miss World competition. He ordered the authorities to make foolproof arrangements ensuring no inconvenience to participants in the prestigious competition in the city.
Police officials have been asked to provide tight security at the airport and hotels where the guests from across the world stay and also at the venue of the international event.
Revanth Reddy instructed the officials to make special arrangements for a visit to historical monuments and tourist places by the guests in the State.
Special officers will be appointed to supervise the arrangements department-wise. The city authorities were directed to complete pending beautification works in the city at the earliest.
The Chief Minister also instructed the officials to prepare a comprehensive plan and make adequate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the entire competition.
Meanwhile, a senior IAS officer Jayesh Ranjan met the Chief Minister Shri after assuming charge as Special Chief Secretary to Government and CEO, Industry and Investment Cell in the CMO, as well as the Smart Proactive Efficient and Effective Delivery (SPEED) initiative.
Another IAS officer EV Narasimha Reddy also met the Chief Minister after taking charge as Additional CEO, Industry and Investment Cell and SPEED.
Both officers expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister who congratulated them and conveyed his best wishes as they begin their new responsibilities.
