Revanth Proposes Roadshows for Telangana Investor Summit
The Chief Minister also directed officials to undertake a comprehensive publicity campaign

Hyderabad: The Telangana government will hold roadshows in India and abroad in October and November to attract investors to the Invest Telangana Global Summit, which is scheduled to be held at Bharat Future City in December. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Monday directed officials to identify key countries and major cities in the country by October 15 and prepare a comprehensive plan for the roadshows. The exercise will focus on countries with strong investment potential in sectors identified as priorities for Telangana. The roadshow proposals will be placed before the Cabinet sub-committee for consideration, following which the government will finalise the action plan and begin the outreach programme. Revanth Reddy directed officials to prepare a detailed plan covering summit arrangements, investor outreach, publicity and roadshows. He said the summit should position Telang ana as a major investment destination and con tribute to the state's long term goal of becoming a $3 trillion economy by 2047. The summit will be the second global investment summit organised by the Congress since it assumed office in December 2023.
The Chief Minister said it should go beyond being a one time event and be developed into a long-term asset for Telangana through sustained engagement with investors and tracking of investment commitments. Special committees headed by senior officials have been constituted to oversee different aspects of the summit. Executive councils have also been formed, with the ministers concerned as chairpersons and senior officials as conveners. The conveners have been directed to meet the respective ministers immediately, take charge of their responsibilities and begin preparations. The committees have been asked to prepare detailed action plans and budget estimates and obtain the required approvals at the earliest.
The Chief Minister also directed officials to undertake a comprehensive publicity campaign through print, electronic, digital and social media platforms to showcase the summit and Telangana's investment opportunities globally. The Chief Minister stressed the need to attract a large number of international media representatives to the event.
Revanth Reddy asked officials to review the MoUs signed during the previous summit in December 2025 and assess their implementation. The review should provide clarity on the status of investment commitments and help the government follow up with investors, he said.
