Hyderabad: Residents of Katedan’s Madhuban Colony felicitated HYDRAA commissioner A.V. Ranganath and inspector Thirumalesh for removing the road encroachment in their area. The 20-feet-road, which connects to Katedan-Sri Ram Colony’s 60-feet-road, was illegally encroached and a wall was raised on it. Residents filed a complaint with HYDRAA during a Prajavani programme previously. HYDRAA, on May 6, removed the wall and other encroachments. Residents said that moving between Madhuban Colony and Sri Ram Colony used to be a 4-km detour, and now takes mere minutes.
