Jogulamba Gadwal: Cops Gift 100 Helmets Under Road Safety Initiative

At Pudur village in Jogulamba Gadwal district of Telangana, CI Tanguturi Srinivasulu and Rural SI Srikanth went beyond their official duties and purchased helmets and distributed them to the locals.

Jogulamba Gadwal: The Telangana government's road safety initiative 'Arrive Alive,' launched by the Police and Transport Departments to reduce road accidents and fatalities, is being conducted state-wide. Campaigns are being held by officials in a bid to educate the youth, students, and rural communities on safe driving, seatbelt usage, and strict helmet compliance.

At Pudur village in Jogulamba Gadwal district, CI Tanguturi Srinivasulu and Rural SI Srikanth went beyond their official duties to take this message forward. As part of the 'Arrive Alive' road safety initiative, they personally purchased and distributed 100 helmets to vehicle riders to ensure the safety of the
motorists in the village.


They also conducted a bike rally across the village, leading the way, with many bikers wearing helmets participating in the rally in a bid to further reiterate the message and create awareness among the locals.
Videos of the safety program were shared on social media platforms, and their noble initiative has won widespread appreciation from the public, who are praising the officers for their commitment and sense of social responsibility.
