Public Concerns Take Centre Stage at Prajavani in Cyberabad
A total of 97 grievances were received across various departments for further examination
Hyderabad: Citizens from across Cyberabad brought their grievances, requests, and suggestions directly to the attention of officials during today's Monday Prajavani held at the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation head office here on Monday.
The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. G. Srijana interacted with citizens, listened to their concerns, and directed the Heads of Departments concerned to examine the issues and take necessary action on priority.
A total of 97 grievances were received across various departments for further examination and resolution. Of them, 77 were related to town planning, eight to engineering wing, one each related to finance and accounts, Transport, and urban community development, two each to lakes and revenue and three pertained to sanitation.
Officials have been instructed to review each case, coordinate with field teams, and ensure timely disposal of grievances through continuous monitoring.
