Producer claims Rs 100 crore loss on Komaram Puli and Khaleja

Having spent 75 days in jail in connection with a case, he explained his 14-year legal fight, which recently concluded with the court clearing him of all charges and striking down the case.

Telugu producer Singanamala Ramesh Babu, known for backing blockbuster films like Mahesh Babu’s Khaleja, Vijay’s Pokkiri, and Pawan Kalyan’s Komaram Puli, made a striking revelation today following the dismissal of his 14-year-long legal battle by the Nampally Court.

Opening up about his struggles, Ramesh Babu disclosed that Khaleja and Komaram Puli incurred staggering losses exceeding ₹100 crore. What shocked him the most, however, was that neither Mahesh Babu nor Pawan Kalyan reached out to him after the films’ disastrous performances.
Speaking about Komaram Puli, he revealed that the film’s budget spiraled out of control, partly due to Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments with the Praja Rajyam Party at the time. Despite heavy investments, the film failed at the box office, dealing a severe financial blow. Khaleja suffered a similar fate, adding to his losses.
With his statements now sparking heated discussions online, the big question remains: Will Mahesh Babu or Pawan Kalyan respond to Ramesh Babu’s revelations?
