Hyderabad:The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TSSPDCL) will begin printing consumers’ mobile numbers and email IDs on electricity bills starting this month. The bills will also prominently display ‘Telangana’ alongside the TSSPDCL name, announced chairman and managing director Musharraf Faruqui.
Consumers can correct any discrepancies in mobile numbers or other details through the company’s official website or mobile app. To facilitate direct communication, bills already include the mobile numbers of the respective Assistant engineer (AE), Assistant divisional engineer (ADE), and Assistant accounts officer (AAO).
