Ponguleti Vows Transparent, People-Centric Governance
Srinivas Reddy said the government was focusing on infrastructure, education, healthcare, housing and agriculture, besides the overall development of the state and individual districts.
HANAMKONDA: Revenue, housing, information and public relations minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said on Thursday that the state government was committed to providing transparent and accountable governance in line with the aspirations of the people.
Speaking after hoisting the national flag at the Hanamkonda Collectorate on Praja Palana Dinotsavam, the minister said the government was giving priority to public welfare and development and taking steps to ensure that every eligible beneficiary received the benefits of welfare schemes.
Srinivas Reddy said the government was focusing on infrastructure, education, healthcare, housing and agriculture, besides the overall development of the state and individual districts.
He said the government was working to understand people’s problems directly and resolve them. Comprehensive development was possible only with public participation, he said, urging officials and elected representatives to work in coordination and uphold the trust placed in them by the people.
