Hyderabad:The government will conduct special drives and melas for the disposal of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications under the 99-day Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika programme. Help desks will be set up in all circle offices of the municipal corporations.
At these desks, staff from the town planning wing will assist applicants. A dedicated phone number will also be in place for assistance. The HMDA already has a call centre for LRS queries on 040 27018115.
These special drives and melas are for guidance on application status and approvals, clarifications on shortfall documents and payments, assistance in accessing the LRS portal. GHMC urged the people to avail the opportunity of 25 per cent rebate on LRS fees and charges given by the government from May 1 to July 31.
