Parsis Celebrate Navroz in Hyderabad
In the evening, celebrations continued at the Zoroastrian Club, where families came together for cultural programmes. Several events were organised for children and adults.

Hyderabad: The Parsi community in Hyderabad celebrated their New Year, Navroz with prayers, cultural events, and family gatherings.
At the historic Seth Viccaji Seth Pestonji Meharji Parsi Fire Temple, built in 1847, devotees offered flowers in vases and participated in special rituals. “On this day we offer flowers, attend prayers, and later join family gatherings where many relatives meet,” said a member of the community.
In the evening, celebrations continued at the Zoroastrian Club, where families came together for cultural programmes. Several events were organised for children and adults.
After the prayers, delicacies were served to all, accompanied by traditional music. Guests were welcomed with flowers, games were arranged for children.
