NEET Row: Owaisi Targets Centre, Says PM Must Answer Youth

AIMIM chief takes swipe at PM Modi, says responsibility cannot rest with Education Minister alone

Hyderabad: AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Thursday took a sharp dig at the Centre over the ongoing controversy surrounding exam irregularities, asserting that accountability must lie with the top leadership.

In a post on X, Owaisi said, “Not Dharmendra Pradhan but the so-called non-biological Pradhan Sevak must answer the youth,” in an apparent reference to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The remarks come amid intensifying protests by students and opposition parties over alleged paper leaks and systemic issues in competitive examinations, including NEET. Owaisi’s statement shifts the focus of responsibility from Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to the Prime Minister.
