NIZAMABAD: A lorry carrying oranges overturned on National Highway 44 on the outskirts of Chandrayanpally in Indalwai mandal of Nizamabad district on Sunday, causing a heavy traffic jam. The lorry was travelling from Hyderabad to Nagpur when the driver lost control and overturned. Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, Indalwai police SI B. Sumalatha said the driver escaped unhurt. A case was registered and an investigation is under way.
Indalwai toll plaza staff and police personnel cleared the traffic.
