Officials Told to Resolve Prajavani Petitions Promptly
Palani directed district officials to examine the petitions department-wise and take necessary steps for their speedy resolution
Hyderabad: Hyderabad Additional Collector (Revenue) Kadhiravan Palani asked officials to take prompt action on petitions submitted by people through the Prajavani programme and resolve their grievances at the earliest.
He received petitions from the public along with Additional Collector (Local Bodies) Jitender Reddy and other officials during the Prajavani programme held at the Collectorate meeting hall on Monday.
Palani directed district officials to examine the petitions department-wise and take necessary steps for their speedy resolution.
A total of 213 petitions were received during the programme. Of these, 174 were related to the Housing department, 24 to the Revenue department and 15 to other departments. He also reviewed pending petitions submitted through the Collectorate Prajavani and CM Prajavani and instructed officials to examine and resolve them at the earliest.
