Nagole: Search On For 2 Missing Schoolboys, CCTV Being Analysed

Nagole Police have launched a massive search for two brothers who went missing from their home in Nagole on Saturday morning.

Hyderabad: Nagole Police have launched a massive search for two brothers, both primary school students, who have been missing from their home in Nagole for the past four days. CCTV footage suggests they travelled from Nagole towards Uppal and then on to Ghatkesar.

The missing boys are Varun Tej (8) and Mahesh (6), sons of Mogili Ravi and Sirisha, who live in Road No. 3, Sai Ram Nagar, both are students at Government School in Nagole.
As per reports, the boys refused to go to school on Saturday morning, and their mother scolded them. She then seated them in an auto-rickshaw to be sent to school and went inside the house to fetch their school bags. In that time, the boys left without telling anyone. When the mother returned, they were gone, and the family searched the entire neighbourhood; however, they could not find the boys and informed the Nagole police. The police immediately began a search and examined CCTV footage from Sai Nagar in Nagole and surrounding areas. Footage reportedly shows the two boys buying chocolates at a grocery shop; then they were seen heading towards Uppal. The boys were also reportedly captured on camera crossing the road at Uppal Ring Road. Preliminary information suggests they then moved from Uppal towards Ghatkesar.
Four special teams, led by L.B. Nagar ACP Raveender Reddy of the Malkajgiri Commissionerate, are currently searching for the boys. They are analysing CCTV footage and conducting checks in various areas.
