It planned an investment of ₹2,750 crore. The project will be about 4 million sqft and will focus on space, light, openness, natural ventilation. It will have private lobbies and dual access.
The development includes 1.8 lakh sqft. of amenities, spanning the clubhouse, podium, and a Skypark, equipped with three swimming pools, yoga deck, sky cinema, aqua gym, and multipurpose lawns. It includes badminton, squash, pickleball and paddleball, bowling alley, simulators for cricket, football, and golf.
