Modi Government Sets Precedent with Strikes on Terror Bases: Kishan Reddy
Kishan Reddy said that if terrorists kill even a single innocent citizen, the armed forces now have the freedom to carry out retaliatory actions aimed at eliminating over 100 terrorists.

Hyderabad: Telangana BJP president and Union minister G. Kishan Reddy said that the Narendra Modi government at the Centre had set a new precedent by striking deep inside enemy territory and targeting terror bases whenever Pakistan-sponsored terror elements attempted any misadventure in the country.
“The days of holding peace rallies and lighting candles in response to terrorist attacks are over,” Kishan Reddy said. He was speaking at an event organised to listen to the 122nd episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme alongside party workers at Sanathnagar.
Kishan Reddy said that if terrorists kill even a single innocent citizen, the armed forces now have the freedom to carry out retaliatory actions aimed at eliminating over 100 terrorists. “This retaliatory response, with over 100 times the intensity, is the firm stance set by the government to crush cross-border terrorism.”
Highlighting Pakistan’s role in supporting terrorism and its involvement in numerous bomb blasts across the country, including at Lumbini Park, Gokul Chat, Saibaba Temple, and Dilsukhnagar, Kishan Reddy said that Operation Sindoor, targeting nine terror bases, had sent a strong message to Islamabad. He added that the Modi government’s decisive actions, including surgical strikes and air strikes in response to the Pathankot and Pulwama incidents, demonstrated its firm approach against Pakistan.
He urged citizens to actively participate in the Tiranga Yatra being organised across the city to show solidarity with the armed forces. He also appealed to the public to follow Prime Minister Modi’s message in ‘Mann Ki Baat’ by maintaining cleanliness and practicing Yoga to stay healthy and prevent ailments.
