Secunderabad Cantonment MLA Narayanan Sri Ganesh on Monday asked election officials to clear pending payments to Booth Level Officers and address voter complaints linked to the SIR‑2026 electoral‑roll revision. He raised the issues during an all‑party meeting at the office of the Electoral Registration Officer, attended by Sanki Ravinder Babu.
“The pending dues should be released immediately and justice should be done to the BLOs,” Sri Ganesh told officials.
Participants highlighted problems faced by voters and field staff during the revision exercise and sought prompt action on complaints. They also submitted suggestions to make the process transparent, simple and fair.
Ravinder Babu said the delegation placed field‑level difficulties before the authorities and requested steps to reduce inconvenience to voters. The suggestions focused on making the revision easier to access and fair in its treatment of voters and election staff across the Cantonment.
